    We experienced an unexpected increase in load on our system, causing slow performance during checkout and payment at the following times:

    • 1:52PM - 2:02PM AEST

    • 4:52AM - 5:02AM BST

    • 10:52PM - 11:02PM CDT (24th April)

    Our system has fully recovered and stabilised and we are monitoring to ensure full resolution. We have identified the cause and deployed measures to prevent a recurrence.
