    We’ve identified the issue and implemented a fix. * Any delayed orders placed during the incident period should now appear in Manage. * Guests can now log in without delay. We’re continuing to monitor the system closely to ensure everything remains fully resolved.

    We are continuing to investigate the issue. Orders are being captured but are not sent to the POS in a reasonable timeframe. As such, we recommend manually turning off me&u at your venue until we confirm the issue is resolved.
